General Information:

  1. Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. Commercial use will incur an additional fee.

  2. I reserve all rights to the artwork and am allowed to post artwork onto my social media and portfolio unless otherwise discussed.

  3. Payment is required upfront in a Paypal invoice in USD before starting the work. No refunds allowed unless you cancel the work before I start it, if requested through VGen, payment method will differ. 

  4. Prices vary depending on the type and complexity. Commercial price is $100 base price + 2x the original cost

  5. Artwork will take 2-4 weeks to complete and varies depending on complexity.

  6. My general workflow is sketch -> lineart -> base colors -> rendering -> final. I will send 3-4 updates (1. sketch 2. base color 3. 60-70% render 4. final) that must be approved before continuing the next phase of the work. Up to 6 revisions allowed (up to 5 during sketch/line phase, 1-2 during base color, and 1-2 during the render phase), extra or heavy changes and rush deadlines will incur an additional fee.

  7. Final commission will only be a digital file.

  8. Please credit me when posting or using the commissioned artwork anywhere.

  9. Use of the work for AI learning or NFT use is strictly prohibited. 

  10. I reserve the right to decline a commission.

  11. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree all of the terms of service above.

General Commission Process:

1. I review your form and contact you. I will provide a proposal (estimated timeline and other details) and price quote. When you've agreed with it, I will send a Paypal invoice. Payment is due within 7 days.

2. I will begin working on the commission. First, the sketch will be sent to you for approval and any changes will be made (up to 5 allowed).

3. I will move onto lineart and then the base color stage after which I will send another update for approval (1-2 changes allowed). Another update will be sent for the 60-70% render phase for approval (1-2 changes allowed). 

4.  I will send the final piece for confirmation and once that's approved a final watermarked version will be sent yippee!
